People are always posting about budget rigs so how about a HTPC from the parts box, streams Netflix at 720P just fine. Put Win 8 on it so I didn't even have buy that. Seems to be missing something though...

There is the solution to such problems, so it wont looke like a hardware war and the BF/GF isnt running away in fear. Or simply build one yourself which is even better than that one, it could be a big hit!

I wanna say its a zalman cooler. They are like the only brand i know with copper fin heatsinks lol.

That's an old ThemalTake V1 from back in..... 2006.

Was rated okay, and it was at my local store. It's still in use on my wifes PC, an Intel E6600
