F@H stats server down

I did not see this myself but I am going to pass it along. The first three are the *fronts*. The last two are the *backs*. For all we know, the last two could be the back sides of the first two. What what?

It's like the opposite of a mullet... Party in the front, business in the back.

You reminded me of a business a friend of mine owned years ago in Houston. Building was a rusty old quonset hut, weeds peeking out of the cracks in the sidewalk and parking, dingy. Inside it was the Taj Mahal. He said the tax assessor would just roll by and mark him up as 'Low Rent'.

It seems that the points problem is just a backend problem at Stanford, WUs are still going through successfully if the client is to be believed.

All the other servers are working fine, it's the stats server that is down, the cleaning people pulled the plug again

I was just about to relieve myself when I saw my points trend going downward. PHEW! All will be good when the stats server comes back up. For the new guys, keep in mind that they won't even look at it until normal business hours Pacific time.

It came back up last night and (fingers crossed) it is still up today.

It stopped updating when I left for the holiday and I thought the power blinked as I was pulling out of the driveway. lol Glad to see everything was still moving along for the 5 days I was gone!
