Has anyone RMAed a drive with Seagate? I might have to, if the drive is still under warranty (probably not, but I'll find out for sure). I just want to know if anyone's had experience with them, good or bad. Maxtor's RMA process was rather painless, and I hope Seagate's is, too.

I have RMA'd drives to Maxtor, Quantum, Western Digital, IBM, and Seagate - in the past and never had any probs with any of them. IBM was a little slow, but no prob.
