Looking for TV tuner drivers..

I have a winfast 2000XP FM TV tuner and I have been dling drivers from leadtechs site and all these others and none work.. There are no EXE files so I just scan the folder over in the device manager for drivers and it doesnt find any.. Im running windows XP pro.. if anyone hasa driver they can be SIMPLY installed for this, please let me know!
