Is it safe to OC Core 2 Quad Q6600 to 3.0 GHz on Foxconn G31MXP mobo?

I would like to know if I can OC a Core 2 Quad Q6600 to 3.0 GHz on my Foxconn G31MXP mobo?

Would it be safe for my Foxconn G31MXP mobo?

Not sure if g31 overclocks in the first place...

If it does, that board's power delivery is weak and it doesnt have any heat sinks. You may get something on it...but it's a budget board not really meant to overclock.
