I just set all core enhancement on my 12700k. 5.00ghz 4.1ghz on e cores and 4.4 on cache and adaptive voltage with a -0.055volts. Hwinfo64 shows a max of 196watts usage and temps reach 76c with a 280mm EK AIO in a Coolermaster NR200 case (mini itx) and achieve this result

I don't know why is that your 12700K draw only 196 watts and I am getting 270 watts max @ 98c. I am not concerns about the 98c as I this CPU can take it. The only difference is I see that you are using -055 volts and I am very suspicious about the only 76c at 5ghz rendering 20 pass R23 with only 280mm rad.

that is a single pass of cinebench 23. I would guess it would make 81 or 82c after a 10 minute run. This is a single run with Normal priority with set, so I can monitor temps while the run is active.

On a 10 minute cinebench 23 a single core hit 81c, 1 core hit 79, 1 core hit 77, 2 cores hit 76, 2 cores hit 73, and 1 core hit 72c

Multi cores at 20 pass to complete the test, I see 98c. Single core complete the rendering test I only see max temp at only 44c on mine. I bet if you let it complete 20 pass you will see higher temp. As you let it runs the temp will heat up very quickly. But my cooling system was able to maintained at 98c.
