I'm looking for treatment I accept its an addiction now and will try and be better :)

That's some collection! Mine is a fair bit less top-end...

My computer collection has undergone a bit of a reshuffle in the past fortnight.

A) Picture 1

1) Lenovo W510 Laptop (Intel Core i7-720QM @ stock; 8 GB DDR3; 500 GB/7200 rpm HDD; nVidia Quadro FX880M; 15.6in 1920x1080; Windows 7), currently in "just work" mode with most Steam games uninstalled (etc.) as I try to write my PhD thesis on it.

2) Gaming/HTPC machine (AMD A6-3650 @ stock so far; 4 GB DDR3; GeForce GTX260 (216SP); Windows 7). It's currently hooked up to a 22in 1920x1080 monitor while I review a Crucial M4 SSD for Overclockers.com, but will soon get the two 500 GB drives you see on the desk instead, in RAID 0, and will be hooked up to the TV.

3) Laptop under the desk is my parents' old one, which has reheating issues. It's a fair few years old (Athlon XP-M, 512 MB RAM if I remember correctly) but I figure if I de-dust it and reapply TIM it should behave itself. With a nice fresh XP or Linux install it'll do nicely for someone as a web browsing machine, eventually.

4) Empty case under the desk is ... well ... empty. It's got an old 550W PSU which is very weak on the 12V line compared to modern units, plus an older DVDROM that I'm not even sure works. I'll get the latter tested and the whole thing should go nicely on ebay with a 740G board and X2 7750 I have spare (someone just needs to add hard disk).

B) Picture 2

1) The case-less machine was/is/will be my file server/general desk machine (Phenom 9650 @ stock for now; 6 GB DDR2; 300 GB O/S HDD at the moment, soon to be hooked up to 2x 1TB plus 1x 2TB sat on the right hand side of the unit which are already ~ 80% full; onboard nVidia 8300 graphics; Gentoo Linux). I have an aftermarket cooler on the way which should see the temperatures sit under 60C at load (it folds) and then I can see about squeezing more MHz out of it.

2) Netbook underneath, a couple of years old now (AMD L110 @ 1.2 GHz; 2 GB DDR-something; 320 GB HDD; X1270 graphics; Windows 7). It's been to Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic on the back of a motorcycle.

3) My better half's old laptop (Pentium M 1.7 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 80 GB HDD?; Intel integrated graphics; Windows XP MCE). I need to sort it out and get it on ebay as well.

Don't have a picture of it.

Desktop:

A bit older with a QX9650 and a GTX 260, but it works. A SSD makes it feel much faster than it really is. The case was airbrushed by a very good artist and is one-of-a-kind.

Awesome/hilarious:

Gateway 2000 ALR 6x6 revolution. This is a 6 socket (!!) Pentium Pro server with over a gigabyte of RAM. This amazing server has the privilege of being my nightstand. It has four (4) 350 watt power supplies in a n+1 configuration (1050 watts available at all times).

That is a 19" monitor sitting on it, to give perspective.

Some extra pictures of the gaming rig since I was working on it this afternoon. It all looks rather lost inside that case, to be honest...! It's a microATX board.
