To get my 9700k to 5243/4935/1540 (core/uncore/system agent clock-FCLK) and my memory to 4003 (15-16-16-31 tRFC 320) takes the following voltages:

Vcore 1.51V(1.506V peak VR VOUT indicated in HWiNFO64 and the BIOS), V-DIMM 1.555V(1.584V indicated in HWiNFO64 and the BIOS) , VCCIO 1.36V, VCCSA 1.41V

the peak current (IOUT) I've seen drawn in HWiNFO64 is 157.25A. I've seen one core hit 101°C in a prime95 stress test run, which was curiously reported as being 14°C below TjMAX.

Will these voltages/temps result in the cybercide of my 9700k, memory or motherboard? I need the system to last at least another two years because that's the earliest I'd be able to afford to upgrade.
