Nice numbers skinnee, thanks for jumping on the thread! What pump is the CPx-Pro/Jingway DP-1200? Is that the oem name for the pumps everyone is using these days from Swiftech, etc?
I think a good question is how low can the flow rate get before the advantage of liquid cooling is lost. Or, at what flow rate do you see minimal returns in cooling performance.
I think that is a very good test. I personally would think it would have to be very bad flow to meet good air cooling though.
 
The PQ curve of the CPX-Pro is very near linear, I'll work in a DDC3.25 as well.

What real difference is it going to make... very little or next to nothing in terms of temps/stability/overclock.
