EVGA Announces Z690 Classified

Yesterday, EVGA introduced the Z690 Classified. Designed to support Intel’s latest 12th generation Core series processors, the always overbuilt motherboard includes a 19-phase VRM, dual 2.5 GbE NICs and EVGA’s unique style on this EATX SKU. You’ll find several USB ports on the rear IO including two 20 Gbps Type-C ports among a slew of other features. You can find this board at a wallet-emptying $629.99. EVGA Z87 Classified Motherboard Review

Since the Haswell release, which feels like many moons ago now, we have reviewed several Z87 based boards. Up for torture today is a larger, high-end board, the EVGA Z87 Classified. This board is made to do anything from sit there and look pretty, which it does well I may add, to the ability to handle the extreme cold of Liquid Nitrogen overclocking. EVGA GTX 780 Classified Hydro Copper Waterblock Review

On the heels of our recent review of EVGA’s GTX 780 Classified graphics card, today we’re going to take a look at an eagerly anticipated accessory for said card – the Hydro Copper Waterblock. As we all know by now, overclocking Kepler-based graphics cards can be limited by GPU temperature and power target limits. This especially holds true when higher voltages are applied to the GPU. In an effort to take away the worry of reaching the maximum temperature threshold while overclocking, and at the same time appease the water cooling crowd, EVGA has made available the Hydro Copper Waterblock.
